Common questions
What happens after I get in touch?
Normally a call of half an hour or so, at no charge, to work out what the problem actually is. If it looks like a fit, we propose a short paid discovery that produces an architecture, a phased plan and an estimate. If it does not, we say so on that call.
Do you charge for the first conversation?
No. Discovery is paid because it produces real work you can keep; the conversation that decides whether discovery is worth doing is not.
How quickly can you start?
It depends what is running. Discovery can usually begin within a couple of weeks; a full build depends on where we are with existing commitments. We would rather give you an honest date than a flattering one.
Do you work with clients outside Israel?
Yes, regularly. Most of our work is in Israel, the United States and Europe. We work in Hebrew, English and French most often, and in Russian, Arabic and Spanish besides, and time zones have not been a problem in twenty years.
We are an agency looking for an engineering partner. Is that you?
Often, yes. A meaningful part of our work is building and running systems behind another agency's client relationship. We stay invisible and we do not approach your clients.
