Privacy policy
This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It describes what the site actually does, not what a template says a website might do.

What we collect, and why
When you send us a message
The contact form asks for your name, phone number, email address, company and message. We use them for one thing: to reply to you and to discuss the work you are asking about.
Submissions are sent to a system we run ourselves at crud.activated.digital. They are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone outside Activated Digital.
The form also carries any campaign parameters that were in the link you arrived on, so that we know which piece of our own marketing brought you here.
Working out which language to show you
The first time you arrive at the site, your browser asks a service we run at geo.activated.digital which country you are in, so we can open the site in Hebrew, French or English rather than guessing.
That lookup involves your IP address, which is personal data. It goes to our own server, not to a third party. We use only the country from the answer, we do not store it, and once you have a language the site remembers your choice and stops asking.
Measuring how the site is used
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages people read, which sections they reach and which links they use. This is about patterns, not people: we are trying to learn whether the site explains our work, not to build a profile of you.
We do not record what you type, we do not track your mouse, and we do not use session-replay tools.
Hosting
Our host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.

The first two store nothing but a preference. They exist so the site respects a choice you already made, and they cannot identify you.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, and under the GDPR if you are in the EU or the UK, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also object to us using it, and ask for a copy in a portable form.
Write to info@activated.digital and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Privacy Protection Authority in Israel, or to your national data protection authority in the EU or the UK.
How long we keep things
We keep enquiries for as long as we are talking to you, and for three years afterwards so that we have a record of the work discussed. Analytics data is kept for up to two years. Server logs are kept for a few weeks. Tell us to delete your enquiry and we will.
